The role is working within our studio: Lion Studios Lion Studios is a mobile games publisher that works with mobile developers to get their games discovered by players around the world. Headquartered in San Francisco, Lion Studios’ creative and strategy teams utilize their expertise to help game developers break through the noise and grow their businesses. Since launching in 2018, Lion Studios has driven 90% of its games to the Top 10 in the App Store and Google Play and helped drive 16 games to #1 in the US App Store’s Top Free chart. Role Overview We are expanding our team at Lion Studios and looking for two Product Managers to drive live operations and product strategy across our puzzle subpods: Word and Sort . As a Product Manager you will be an essential part of the dynamic, fast-paced team working on innovative puzzle games, reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager. Working closely with several development teams, you will own the performance of live puzzle games, driving their roadmaps and turning insights into features, events, and optimizations that grow engagement and revenue. Alongside your live portfolio, you will also support new titles in development, helping shape them into products ready to scale (Note: You will be assigned to a specific subpod - Word or Sort - during the interview process based on your background and strengths.) Key Responsibilities Own the product roadmap and day-to-day decisions for your live games, in line with the Subpod strategy set by the Senior Product Manager. Run the live ops process for the games in your portfolio — planning and executing events, updates, and promotions that drive revenue and player satisfaction. Support the Subpod's growth strategy, working cross-functionally with marketing and design teams. Actively involve upcoming puzzle titles with monetization strategy and long-term product vision. Track market and genre trends and turn them into concrete recommendations that keep our games competitive and revenues growing. Help build a team culture where learnings are shared openly, ideas are challenged constructively, and everyone owns their outcomes. Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 3+ years of experience in product management on live mobile games or equivalent experience Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and distributed teams. Deep familiarity with game analytics and mobile game KPIs Understanding of live game operations, marketing, and event strategies Experience of setting up and working with long term production pipelines including design production processes Hands-on experience taking a new game from development to global launch is a strong plus Working at Tripledot 25 days holiday: Enjoy 25 days of paid holiday, in addition to bank holidays to relax and refresh throughout the year.
