Product Marketing Lead - Wise Platform

the opportunity to: Build our external product marketing engine from the ground up with direct, high-visibility impact. Start in a hands-on strategic hybrid role with the opportunity to grow a team of specialists as Wise Platform expands. Shape how banks, fintechs, and global enterprises adopt embedded cross-border payments across international markets. Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, PR, and internal Sales Enablement teams. Work directly with our regional teams in London, Austin, and Singapore, and connect with prospective enterprise partners globally. A bit about you: 8-10+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a hybrid GTM role within B2B SaaS, with deep domain experience in Fintech or payments. Background in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, or early-stage environment (Series A to Series C) building GTM frameworks and positioning from zero. Proven ability to construct messaging architectures, value propositions, and ICP definitions from scratch for complex B2B/enterprise buyers. Expert at connecting top-of-funnel thought leadership directly to bottom-of-funnel evaluation assets that drive buyer interest and pipeline. Proficiency in navigating CRM tools Ability to operate at a high strategic level while staying hands-on with tactical execution in a lean environment. Exceptional stakeholder management skills across product management, commercial teams, and senior regional/global leadership.   Nice to have: Direct experience in cross-border payments (FX, transaction banking, embedded finance). Prior experience marketing software solutions directly to banks or financial institutions. Experience managing analyst relations and category briefings.
