MAKE AN IMPACT Job Description - 10+ years of experience in banking, payments, fintech or financial services, with substantial experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst or Product Manager. Strong domain knowledge in fraud prevention and/or financial crime, with practical exposure to one or more of payment fraud, scams, account takeover, AML transaction monitoring, sanctions, KYC/CDD/EDD or investigations. Demonstrated ownership of a product roadmap and backlog from discovery through implementation and optimisation. Strong requirements analysis, process mapping, user-story development and acceptance-criteria writing skills. Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Ability to use data and operational insight to make prioritisation and control-design decisions. Understanding of APIs, event-driven integrations, data flows and modern banking technology environments. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation and executive communication skills.
