Work with Java engineers, architects and IAM domain stakeholders on system design, APIs, integrations and architectural evolution. Balance new capabilities and technical debt with cybersecurity, privacy, trust, quality, usability, scalability and long-term maintainability. Drive delivery from refinement and planning through development, automated testing and operational follow-up. Promote modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, observability, code review and test automation. Recruit, coach and mentor team members, creating an environment where people feel trusted and supported, are comfortable asking questions and challenging ideas, and actively share and preserve critical knowledge. Coordinate dependencies, risks and expectations across Product, Technology, Architecture, Security and other stakeholders, drawing on their IAM expertise when needed. Product and roadmap priorities are translated into a clear, realistic and well-managed backlog. The team delivers secure, reliable and maintainable Java-based products with predictable quality and flow.
