Product Owner Traceability Reporting Platform to Husqvarna Group

Key Responsibilities** In the role of DPP Business Owner, your key responsibilities are: - **Secure Platform Capability for Regulatory Readiness:** Coordinate regulatory changes affecting the platform together with Group Compliance, assess their business impact, and identify upcoming regulations – such as the Machinery Regulation and PPWR – that the platform can be extended to fulfil. Identify value-creation opportunities arising from these changes and prioritize them towards IT based on business value creation as well as compliance. - **End-to-End Business Process Lead:** Lead and continuously improve the business process, ensuring clear roles, up-to-date documentation and no gaps across divisions and functions. - **End-to-End Ownership of the Platform Capability:** Understand the full flow – from product identification and data through labelling and QR code to publishing – and ensure no part of the chain falls between organizational responsibilities. - **Governance & Cross-Functional Coordination:** Chair the Digital Product Information Governance Forum and mobilize the relevant functions and divisions when alignment or decisions are needed. - **Single Point of Contact:** Be the designated business contact for the platform, answering questions or routing them to the right function. - **Knowledge & Internal Communication:** Ensure platform information – including How We Work – exists, stays relevant and is maintained. - **Onboarding & Future Regulations:** Run an established onboarding process so new product categories and regulations can be brought into scope without new implementation projects. **Mandate & Decision Authority** Ownership requires mandate. As DPP Business Owner, you hold clearly defined authority to: - Initiate platform-related changes. - Convene relevant functions and stakeholders. - Request impact assessments. - Escalate identified gaps and compliance risks. - Drive prioritization of platform requirementsthrough the agreed governance structure. - Represent the platform in relevant forums. - Approve, or drive approval of, business-process changes related to the platform. **About you:** You enjoy making complex things easier to navigate. Structured but pragmatic, you know when to facilitate, challenge, decide or escalate. **Your skills and background:** **Required Skills & Competencies** - **Ownership & Accountability:** A strong sense of ownership with the confidence to take end-to-end accountability for a capability no single function owns. - **Systems Thinking:** Ability to understand dependencies across regulation, processes, data, product identification, labeling and IT well enough to see the consequences of change – without needing deep technical expertise in each area. - **Stakeholder Management & Influence:** Proven ability to align and mobilize cross-functional and cross-divisional stakeholders, and to drive decisions in a matrix organization. - **Translating Regulation demands into Requirements:** Ability to turn regulatory and business needs into clear business requirements that IT and other enabling functions can act upon. - **Governance & Facilitation:** Experience in setting up and chairing forums, prioritizing on compliance, risk and business value, and escalating where needed. - **Effective Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain the platform and its regulatory requirements clearly to audiences ranging from management to operational teams. - **Structured & Pragmatic:** Organized, process-oriented and focused on scalability and repeatability, while comfortable working hands-on when needed. **Qualifications & Experience** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of experience in business process leadership, product or capability management, or cross-functional project management in a global organization. - Solid understanding of product data, master data and product identification (e.g. GTIN, serial numbers, GS1 standards) and how they connect to labelling and digital channels. - Familiarity with EU sustainability and product regulations (e.g. ESPR, Digital Product Passport, Machinery Regulation, PPWR, Battery Regulation or similar) is highly valued. - Experience in change management and in working with IT on business requirements and solution delivery is highly valued. - Experience from the DPP project or similar digital transformation or sustainability-related data initiatives is a strong advantage. - Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus. **Location** This position is placed at our office in Huskvarna. **How we work** We believe the best ideas happen when we're connected.
