Product Planner
Key Responsibilities:  Responsible to optimise the best regional customer offer by using quantification and sales analysis, leveraging customer and competitors’ insights.  Understanding our customers and their demands for long- and short-term actions. Identify risks and opportunities from a planning perspective based on the set assortment strategy per region. Support the Business Controller in driving regional strategy through quantification, planning, and structured follow-up.  With a curious and driven selling mindset, conduct sales analysis of our products to identify patterns and translate them into actionable conclusions with the aim to make an impact and maximise the totality.  Manage and optimise stock flow between regions and channels, taking responsibility for effective moves, transitions and securing order placement. Involving our Production offices in the process when needed. Demonstrate salesmanship & urgency for outcome. Bring a solution-oriented, positive, and agile mindset to change and complexity, driving clear action focus and follow-through.  Create best collaboration with the team and relevant stakeholders.  WHO YOU ARE  We are looking for people with:  Degree within business related areas, textile fashion or a equivalent area  Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn your analysis into actions  Business and commercial mindset  Strong communication skills  Fluent in English, both written and verbally  Experience from planning, merchandising, buying, or purchasing is meriting  Experience within e-commerce is meritorious  And people who are:  Self-motivated and take ownership to learn and to seek opportunities to improve ways of working.   Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a passion for continuously refining planning and quantification methods.   Have a strong business sense by prioritizing time and effort based on potential business impact, focusing on actions that deliver the greatest value and will make the biggest difference.   Communicating with impact and seeing patterns in our data.  Engaging team player and self-motivated to drive goals and thrive in an entrepreneurial setting.  JOIN US  This is a fulltime position based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden. You don’t have to live in Sweden already, we welcome applications from all parts of the world and offer relocation support if needed.  We are constantly looking for talented people to join our team and our start date is flexible throughout 2026.
