1. Project/product management; ramp-up New Product on-time, maintain daily project. 2. Awareness of quality management system of Automative manufacture. 3. New Project leader in MOE, coordinating within China, and Global product team. 4. Close cooperation with all engineering and production. 5. Coordinator of customer audit. 6. Setting-up and controlling schedules: Toolings, materials, EWAK, QZ test, until SOP 7. Daily maintain running product, especially Engineering changes, customer requirement 8. Drive Continuous improvement of the product on Cost, Quality 9. Engineering, and IE background for internal owner follow up and driving improvement project. 10. Industrial engineering for production process & Material flow. 11. Follow up open points, special task 12.
