we are looking for We’re looking for someone who is practical, reliable and technically minded , with the ability to follow detailed instructions and take pride in producing high-quality work. Ideally, you will have: Experience in an electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical or manufacturing environment Relevant electrical, mechanical or manufacturing training or qualifications The ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, BOMs or similar documentation Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work An understanding of quality control and safe working practices Experience using hand and power tools Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team A proactive approach and willingness to learn new skills Desirable: Experience working with traffic signal controllers or similar specialist equipment Experience with variable message signs or roadside technology Previous experience carrying out product testing Experience of PCB assembly or repair Experience working within a 5S or continuous improvement environment You don't need to have experience in the traffic industry to be considered.
