<p><span>This is a full-time, 100% on-site role from our Production site in Solna, Stockholm. As a Production Technician, you will assemble and ensure quality products are delivered on time. This includes assembly of electromechanical systems, performing in-process quality control, running tests and diagnostics along with software flashing and versioning. To be a successful Production Technician you should display great attention to detail and be practically oriented. Another core skill consists of identifying and effectively communicating potential manufacturing improvements to the engineering team.</span></p><h3><span>Experience:</span></h3><p class="MsoNormal"><span>We are looking for somebody, likely with an engineering or manufacturing background, who satisfies the following requirements:</span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or work instructions and assembling mechanical/electrical components to spec</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience using hand and power tools (torque wrenches, drills, soldering irons) safely and correctly</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience performing basic quality checks on completed assemblies and flagging defects before handoff</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized workstation (5S principles)</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience working efficiently to meet production schedules and daily output targets</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Manufacturing or assembly experience, ideally in electronics, aerospace, or defense</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>English required, Swedish a plus</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Work hours: 8-17 with some flexibility</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>You should be: creative, organized, and proactive</span></p></li></ul><h3><span>Benefits:</span></h3><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Generous PTO and holidays</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Competitive salary</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Stock options with upside in the company’s success</span></p></li></ul><h3 class="MsoNormal"><span>Additionally:</span></h3><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>You are ideally a citizen of a NATO country</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>You must be prepared to relocate to Stockholm permanently</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Any experience working with the defence industry is a plus</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p>
