Program Manager, Infusion Services - Gastroenterology
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field) preferred. Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in commercial strategy, program management, market access, trade, or a related function within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and evaluating business performance outcomes. Proven ability to work effectively across a matrix organization, building consensus and influencing without direct authority. Strong executive presence with the ability to represent AbbVie credibly in both internal and external settings. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations and reports. Strong analytical acumen; ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategy. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in infusion services, specialty pharmacy, or a related clinical/commercial environment. Familiarity with market access operations, trade strategy, or specialty account management in a pharmaceutical commercial context. Experience working with or alongside a national field sales or account management team. Working knowledge of patient services program infrastructure and specialty product distribution models.
