Program Manager, Service and Delivery

We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2 years managing enterprise-level SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services implementations. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-solution programs simultaneously, often with remote resources, global teams, and partner-led delivery components. Strong collaborator management skills, with the ability to navigate and influence at all organizational levels, from project teams to C-suite sponsors. Experience working across internal delivery teams and third-party partners, including Systems Integrators (SIs) or global consulting firms. Solid understanding of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management processes; experience with Ripple Treasury (GTreasury), Kyriba, ION, or similar platforms is a plus. Demonstrated ability to identify, bring up, and drive resolution of program risks and issues in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Outstanding written and spoken expression abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex delivery updates into clear executive summaries. Ability to mentor and develop junior PMs and consultants while managing your own program delivery load. For positions that will be based in IL, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
