The Data Centre Project Coordinator role will involve supporting project delivery, assisting with project management tasks, contributing to business development, and helping maintain client relationships to foster project progression. You will be responsible for understanding long-term business objectives, designing and implementing comprehensive solutions, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client success.   The Data Centre Project Coordinator will concentrate on supporting customer relationship management with principal stakeholders, aiding in the delivery of ATC’s technical services projects and service enhancements, and assisting with the management of escalations. The role also carries day-to-day responsibility for quoting US Pre-Cabling work, coordinating client requirements, scheduling internal and vendor resource against confirmed projects, and tracking projects through to accurate and timely invoicing.  YOUR TASKS Relationship Support Assist in fostering robust relationships with stakeholders in Data Centres, Cloud Logistics, and TMC. Learn about stakeholder needs, requirements, and expectations to help ATC deliver outstanding service. Act as a support point of contact for stakeholders at the project level and maintain regular communication to comprehend their changing needs and address any concerns or issues. Coordinate day-to-day communication between the client, ATC internal teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring scope, requirements, timelines, and changes are captured, confirmed in writing, and shared with all parties. Use these relationships to identify and qualify upselling and added-scope opportunities, passing qualified leads to the commercial team and supporting the resulting quotes through to acceptance. Service Support Acquaint yourself with the customer's business and maintain a strong customer focus. Support the management of assigned projects or programs to meet service delivery objectives and escalate to appropriate stakeholders to remove obstacles. Be aware of potential customer impacts from other events and issues, communicate potential impact, and plan accordingly. Review project schedules to avoid conflicts and help define customer solutions by identifying options, coordinating delivery, managing expectations, and suggesting alternatives. Schedule and allocate internal technicians with support of TS team, engineers, and third-party labour against confirmed projects, matching skills, certifications, and site access requirements to the scope of work. Maintain the forward resource plan for assigned projects, flagging capacity shortfalls, clashes, and over-runs early enough for cover to be arranged. Raise and track vendor bookings and purchase orders for contracted resource, and confirm attendance and completion against the plan. Quoting & Commercial Support  Prepare and issue quotes for US Pre-Cabling projects, working from customer scopes Apply agreed rate cards and pricing rules so that every project is accurately and competitively quoted before work is committed. Track quotes through to acceptance, manage revisions and re-quotes as scope changes, and maintain the quote log so pipeline and conversion rates are visible. Raise variation quotes for out-of-scope work identified on site, ensuring additional work is priced and approved before it is carried out. Support the commercial team with pricing input for renewals, tenders, and new opportunities across Data Centres and Cloud Logistics. Project Tracking, Performance & Reporting  Help track and analyse project performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects. Support in providing regular reports and updates to management on project performance, customer feedback, and improvement opportunities. Work alongside internal teams to aid in implementing improvement projects, monitor results, and track performance metrics.  Invoicing & Billing Support  Work with teams to issue invoices accurately and on time, and to resolve customer queries, disputes, and credits promptly. Issue Support Proactively assist in identifying and addressing project-related issues and challenges for assigned projects. Work with internal and external stakeholders to help resolve issues promptly and minimize the impact on customer satisfaction and business operations. Support the implementation of corrective actions and preventive measures to avert the recurrence of service issues. Aid in troubleshooting for service incidents and escalate, as needed, to meet SLA with minimal disruption to the customer and business. successful candidate will be required to possess and demonstrate:  Ability to be flexible with respect to work standards and demands. Capable of working under pressure at times and to strict deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of structured cabling and pre-cabling processes, customs requirements, and trade compliance regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, internal stakeholders & cross functional teams. Ability to support with the development and management of key projects. Ability to understand customer needs, develop and execute project plans, and achieve targets. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage projects and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events. High attention to detail, with the discipline to keep trackers, quotes, and billing records The following qualifications, skills and experience would be an advantage: 1+ years of experience in technical services, logistics, or related industries preferable in a customer facing role. Experience of MS SharePoint in a corporate environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience of quoting or estimating in a technical services, structured cabling, or construction environment.
