If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you! We are looking for a Project Lead to join our Implementation team in the Netherlands. You will own the successful deployment of Tandem in large organisations, from planning through go-live and adoption. This is a hands-on role with real autonomy. You will coordinate clinicians, hospital leadership, IT teams and colleagues across Tandem to make complex deployments happen. You will own the outcome, while having significant freedom in how you get there. Because we are scaling quickly, you will also help shape how we implement Tandem. We don't have every process figured out yet, and we want someone who enjoys creating structure, solving problems and making things work better. Who you are - You are motivated by improving clinical workflows and reducing clinician admin burden. - You are structured, proactive and highly accountable. When given a complex objective, you create the plan, figure out what needs to happen and make sure it happens. - You are operationally strong and capable of running implementation plans end-to-end, including stakeholder alignment and structured project management. - You work well in a fast changing environment and know when a situation calls for judgement rather than a standard approach. You enjoy taking ownership and turning complexity into action. - You are analytical enough to break down complex problems, but practical enough to get into the details. You don't just flag problems. You work out what needs to happen next and drive it forward. - You likely have 3+ years of experience in a demanding environment such as management consulting, technology, healthcare operations, a start-up or scale-up, or project/programme management. You bring: - Strong project management and organisational skills - Excellent stakeholder management and communication - A strong bias towards action and ownership - The ability to work independently and structure ambiguous problems - Professional fluency in Dutch and English Healthcare or hospital experience is a plus, but not required. What you will do - Own large, mainly hospital, deployments end-to-end, including project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder alignment - Coordinate clinicians, hospital leadership, IT and internal teams to keep deployments moving - Prepare and support teams through training and go-live, including regular on-site work across the Netherlands - Drive adoption after go-live and work with clinical champions to identify and address barriers - Proactively identify and resolve issues, bringing the right people together when you need support - Work closely with internal specialists such as MedOps and TechOps, who own parts of the implementation that fit their expertise, while you drive the project and remain accountable for the overall outcome - Improve our implementation approach by developing better processes, tools and ways of working as we scale What you will get - Real ownership and autonomy from day one - The opportunity to directly shape how AI is adopted in healthcare - The change to grow your career while making a meaningful impact on the future of healthcare within a fast-growing European healthtech scale-up - Exposure to clinicians, hospital leadership, technology and commercial teams - Competitive salary and quarterly bonus - Regular team events and an international, high-performing team Location We believe the best ideas happen when we're together. This is a full-time role based in Leiden, the Netherlands. This role involves regular travel across the Netherlands and may include extended on-site periods during go-lives.
