ABOUT THE ROLE As Project Delivery Lead, you will help Swedish municipalities successfully implement and adopt Tandem across their healthcare and social care services. You will lead complex deployments, build trusted relationships with municipal stakeholders, and drive the change management needed for our technology to deliver meaningful improvements to everyday workflows. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Medical Operations to ensure successful implementations and long-term customer value. Identify development needs, support performance improvement, and contribute to hiring and onboarding new team members. - Manage key customer relationships: Build trusted relationships with municipal leaders, social services and healthcare managers, social workers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. Lead customer reviews, demonstrate outcomes, and identify opportunities to improve adoption and expand usage. - Drive adoption and customer value: Help municipalities embed Tandem into their everyday workflows, ensuring social workers and healthcare professionals understand the technology and realise its benefits in reducing documentation burden. - Lead change management: Support municipalities in introducing new ways of working, engaging managers and frontline staff early, identifying champions, addressing concerns, and establishing routines that last beyond go-live. Develop change management practices that can be applied consistently across the Project Delivery team. - Lead day-to-day delivery operations: Coordinate concurrent implementations, support colleagues with complex challenges, manage workloads and escalations, and maintain consistent standards of implementation quality. - Improve delivery processes: Develop and refine delivery playbooks and ways of working, creating scalable approaches that can be applied across municipalities while accommodating different organisational settings across social services and municipal healthcare. - Collaborate across functions: Work with Sales on customer handovers, renewals, and expansion opportunities, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Medical Operations to resolve challenges and share insights that inform product development. - Manage risks and stakeholder alignment: Proactively identify risks to implementation, adoption, and customer satisfaction, bringing the right stakeholders together to resolve issues and keep deployments on track. WHAT YOU BRING - Experience in SaaS implementation, project delivery, or customer success, ideally within healthcare technology or the public sector. - Proven ability to manage complex implementations and build relationships with senior stakeholders. - Demonstrable experience leading and coaching a team, with a genuine interest in developing people and improving team performance. - Proven experience leading change management in complex organisations, helping teams adopt new tools and ways of working, ideally within healthcare, social care or the public sector. - Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - A structured, proactive approach to improving processes and delivering consistent customer outcomes. - Understanding of Swedish municipalities across both social services and municipal healthcare, and the operational challenges of public-sector organisations. - Fluency in Swedish and English.
