Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer , you’ll be at the heart of project execution — balancing performance, risks, and costs while making sure every solution is fit-for-purpose. From design to offshore deployment, your expertise will make a real impact. In this role, you will: Lead and support engineering activities, delivering projects on time and within budget. Review client specifications and translate them into clear project requirements. Design of TCP End fittings by performing of material assessment, review of steel components manufacturing and general arrangement drawings, etc. Technical contract management of suppliers of TCP main ancillaries transport equipment. Coordinate with procurement, testing, field service, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery. Prepare manuals, handling guides, and FAT procedures and reports. Provide offshore support during installation and deployment when required Skills: Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Offshore, or Subsea Engineering (or equivalent). 5+ years’ experience in offshore energy or oil & gas, with strong project engineering skills. Solid knowledge of offshore standards (DNV, API, ISO, NORSOK). Hands-on experience in offshore engineering and installation methods; Orcaflex knowledge is a plus. Skilled in subcontract management and coordination of ancillary equipment. Familiar with offshore markets such as subsea well intervention, pre-commissioning, and SURF. Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus. Offshore-ready mindset — willing to travel when needed. Why join us? Salary between €4000,- and €6000,- based on experience and qualifications.
