Project Manager - Academic Ceremonies to the Stockholm School of Economics
We are looking for someone who combines excellent organizational skills with confidence, professionalism, and a passion for creating exceptional experiences. You have:
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Swedish and English.
- A service-oriented, diplomatic approach and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Maintain and manage sound judgment, discretion, and confidence when working with a variety of leaders, as well as distinguished guests, and formal ceremonial protocols.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to lead, coordinate, and delegate work to teams, suppliers, and other event partners while taking ownership of projects from planning through execution and evaluation.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, remaining calm under pressure and comfortable taking initiative.
- Curiosity and a drive to continuously improve processes and embrace new technologies and systems.
- Good understanding of budgeting and resource management.
- A genuine passion for creating meaningful experiences and representing SSE with professionalism and high standards of quality.
_Academic ceremonies mark some of the most important milestones in the lives of our students and faculty. They also play a key role in preserving SSE's traditions and strengthening the School's identity and reputation. In this role, you will help shape these moments for generations to come._
