Through three rotations, including one international and market exposure, you will tackle challenges that matter, work alongside people who expect you to contribute, question, and move things forward. The Excellerate track is designed to develop future leaders who are motivated by performance, pace, and commercial impact. Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as a Project Manager at Strategy and Operational Excellence, Supply Chain Management (SCM)! What you will do SCM is responsible for developing and maintaining efficient, sustainable, and resilient supply chains to fulfill customer needs. Strategy and Operational Excellence is a small team of highly qualified talents, focusing on the creation and execution of our Supply Strategy. The team is central to shaping the future and driving top performance.
