Project Manager – Strategic Projects – Consulting assignment within industry and business transformation At WeQuel, we are now looking for a highly skilled project manager specializing in strategic projects in Stockholm. You will become an important part of the client's new team, which leads strategic, cross-functional and transformational initiatives across the business. The team covers digitalization, organizational change, product performance, operational excellence and business development. In this role, you will primarily focus on project management, leading complex initiatives across functions and geographies. The projects may involve cost optimization, ways of working, organizational effectiveness and footprint assessments. As a consultant with us, you get the opportunity to work with one of our clients, leading companies within industry, manufacturing and engineering. There you contribute to optimizing processes, implementing new technology and creating sustainable solutions. Your responsibilities: - Leadership of complex strategic and transformational initiatives across functions and geographies - Cost optimization projects - Ways of working and organizational effectiveness initiatives - Footprint assessments - Structuring of complex challenges into clear actions and plans - Pragmatic application of relevant project management methodologies - Stakeholder engagement across functions, locations and organizational levels, including senior leadership - Alignment and change driven through people who do not report to you - Coaching and sharing of best practices with colleagues Requirements: - Extensive experience leading complex business transformation and strategic initiatives - Solid and extensive project management experience - English and Swedish - Proficiency in structuring complex challenges into actionable plans - Proficiency in strategy planning, coordination and execution - Proficiency in change management - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leadership - Ability to create alignment and drive change through people who do not report to you - Self-driven, structured and comfortable navigating complex environments - Ability to coach and share best practices with colleagues Meriting: - Experience from the maritime, industrial, manufacturing or engineering industry - Experience working in a global, matrix-based organization - Experience from product performance, manufacturing, operational improvement, customer-focused initiatives or similar business transformation projects Assignment details: - Location: Stockholm - Workplace: Hybrid We offer: At WeQuel, you become part of a consulting team that values people first – we believe success is created through engagement, collaboration and development.
