Project Manager –Technical Deliveries Hourly rate: 650-750 SEK/h Location: Gothenburg (1–3 days per week on-site) Workload: Full-time Start date: Before year-end Duration: 12+ months About the Assignment We are looking for a Project Manager to join a growing technology company developing advanced data and software solutions. The company works with international customers within the technology industry and manages complex deliveries involving large volumes of data, technical processes and external partners. We are looking for a consultant who can take overall responsibility for customer projects and ensure that deliveries meet agreed quality standards, deadlines and budgets. You will have a central role with a broad range of stakeholders, acting as a key link between customers, external suppliers and internal specialist teams. Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing and following up on customer projects from initiation through to completion. You will ensure that all parties involved have a shared understanding of expectations, scope and delivery objectives. Your responsibilities will include: • Taking overall operational responsibility for customer communication and acting as the main point of contact throughout ongoing projects. • Planning and coordinating deliveries between international customers, external suppliers and internal teams. • Managing project finances, budget follow-up, timelines and delivery quality. • Handling changing circumstances, new requirements and deviations, while ensuring that any impact on scope, timelines and costs is clearly communicated. • Identifying risks, capacity challenges and potential bottlenecks before they affect delivery. • Monitoring results and delivery performance using relevant KPIs and other data-driven metrics. • Developing ways of working and processes together with internal specialist teams, including identifying opportunities for automation and the use of AI-based tools. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is confident in a project management role and able to create structure and maintain momentum in an environment with multiple parallel deliveries and a wide range of stakeholders. You are accustomed to taking clear ownership in relationships with external customers and suppliers. You can manage situations where expectations need to be adjusted, priorities change or delivery terms need to be renegotiated. At the same time, you are relationship-oriented and focused on building long-term trust. You have an analytical approach and are comfortable monitoring operations through delivery metrics, quality indicators and financial KPIs. Qualifications We believe you have: • At least 4–5 years of experience in project management, delivery management or a similar operational delivery role. • Experience managing customer projects involving external customers and suppliers. • Proven experience with budget responsibility and financial follow-up of projects or deliveries. • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing dependencies in complex delivery environments. • The ability to understand technical matters and work with data-driven operational performance metrics. • Relevant post-secondary education, for example within engineering or technology. • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Experience from technology-driven businesses, software companies, the automotive industry or international delivery organisations is considered an advantage. Experience using AI tools and automation to improve project and delivery processes is also beneficial.
