Project Manager

Assignment Description We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead the replacement of an existing ERP system supporting sales, supply chain and finance. The project involves broad stakeholder impact and requires close coordination between business functions and IT delivery teams. You will lead the project from planning through implementation, managing scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks and dependencies. Responsibilities include maintaining the project plan, clarifying business requirements and process impacts, and coordinating solution analysis with business stakeholders, architects, process owners and vendors. You will also ensure effective governance, reporting and communication, proactively manage risks and issues, and coordinate implementation, testing, data migration, integrations, cutover and stabilization. The role requires balancing business continuity, quality, cost and timeline to achieve agreed outcomes. Qualifications: You have proven experience as an IT Project Manager in complex business transformation or system replacement projects. You have experience with ERP implementation, replacement or transition projects. You have a good understanding of sales, supply chain and finance processes and how ERP systems support them. You have experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, integrations and cross-functional dependencies. You have experience driving requirements, solution design, testing, data migration, cutover planning and operational readiness.
