Project Manager

Assignment description We are looking for a Project Manager / Assignment Leader to drive the localization of parts for a new production hub in China. The role is part of a team of Assignment Leaders and focuses on ensuring that localized parts are introduced into production according to agreed timelines and cost targets. You will work in close cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across Production, Logistics, R&D and Purchasing. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate localization activities for parts within the assigned technical area. Ensure localized parts are introduced into production on time and in line with cost targets. Drive and coordinate cross-functional activities and stakeholders throughout the localization process. Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, R&D, and Purchasing to secure successful delivery. Monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies related to assigned localization activities. Contribute to reducing lead times and ensuring efficient project execution. Qualifications: Must Have: BSc or MSc in Engineering Several years of experience within R&D. Good understanding of the product development process. Good product knowledge. Experience in project management or assignment leadership Fluent English, written and spoken. Nice To Have: Experience from design-, procurement-, production-, logistic- or testdepartment Knowledge of the Red Arrow process. Swedish, written and spoken. Soft Skills: Strong personal drive and initiative. Strong leadership and coordination skills. Structured way of working. Good communication skills. Ability to lead and collaborate across multiple functions and stakeholders. Results-oriented with a focus on timelines, quality, risks, and efficiency.
