Project Manager (World of Tanks Console)
Job Overview We are looking for a Project Manager to join the World of Tanks: Modern Armor team and support the development of our console game. This role will focus on coordinating multiple areas of game development, including Art, Design, Engineering, QA, and other cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects and initiatives are delivered smoothly and effectively. The Project Manager will work closely with Producer, Product Manager, and cross-functional teams to coordinate workflows, manage priorities, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment across different development pipelines. What will you do? Create and maintain project plans aligned with the team roadmap, ensuring a strong sense of ownership and accountability for each team member’s contributions Help the Producer lead a team consisting of designers, developers, QA specialists, and artists Set and monitor key delivery milestones for each project plan, and define, together with the team, the artifacts required to successfully complete them Work on scope prioritization together with the Producer and other team members Take part in greenlight meetings with stakeholders and prepare presentations Provide regular reports on team progress, including risks and mitigation plans, to multiple levels of management Be ready to improve processes both at the team and overall development level Help balance workloads across departments Coordinate regular team activities and help remove roadblocks at any stage of roadmap development What are we looking for? 4+ years of experience managing production activities within international teams Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and different pipelines, including art Solid understanding of and experience implementing project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), risk management best practices, and scope prioritization tools Extensive knowledge of tech pipelines, DLC, and related terminology Hands-on experience with JIRA, MS Project, or other project management tools Proven ability to effectively collaborate across teams involved in the development cycle Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) What additional skills will help you stand out? Previous experience working with art teams, processes, or pipelines Experience working with large, cross-functional development teams Experience in the game industry (console) Passion for video games Work mode Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office) This role is eligible for relocation & immigration support The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 4000-6500 monthly gross.
