Till vår kund söker vi en Project manager/security architect Exposure management Uppdragsbeskrivning Mission / Assignment The lients Exposure Management project is establishing increased capabilities for vulnerability and exposure scanning, prioritization, and validation of exploitable exposures. What is missing is dedicated design and governance of the full lifecycle, including the remediation part of the process. The consultant will lead and drive the design, follow-up, and operationalization of the end-to-end exposure-to-remediation process, connecting remediation back into the vulnerability and exposure management cycle. A central focus is establishing feedback loops — from remediation outcomes, work-arounds, escalations, and validation results back to discovery and prioritization — so the program operates as a continuous CTEM-style cycle. The consultant acts as the driving force of the assignment, owning structure, progress, and delivery, while ensuring alignment with adjacent functions such as Detect & Respond (DRP), Attack Surface Reduction (ASR), IT Operations, and the business areas. Beyond coordination, the consultant is expected to have enough subject matter expertise to be able to independently identify discrepancies, ownership gaps, and process weaknesses, and to propose concrete improvements. Work includes (but is not limited to): Help defining and documenting the end-to-end exposure-to-remediation process, including hand-offs, SLAs, escalation paths, and exception/risk-acceptance handling Establishing feedback loops from remediation back to prioritization and discovery Following up and coordinating remediation activities, including compensating controls and virtual patching, across delivery groups (BA, NetOps/ITOps, Incident/Vulnerability Management) Perform structured reporting to senior leadership on remediation progress, risk trends, and lifecycle effectiveness Proposing improvements based on observed gaps and recurring findings Krav / kvalifikationskriterier Project management IT operations competence IT security competence (security operations, vulnerability mgmt, exposure mgmt) IT architecture competence (IT security architecture, IT infrastructure and operations) Erfarenhet Level 4 Senior * Knowledge – high generalist competence, or very high competence in the current role. * Experience - has carried out complex tasks within current role and implements * Consulting service with very high quality. * Management – takes primary responsibility for management of a larger group. Independence - very big.
