Job Description You will lead teams with a clear focus on operational planning and process development. You will drive improvements in ways of working and help create efficient, sustainable processes. You will contribute to budget responsibility and provide policy recommendations that support the function's goals. You will work with medium-term planning to create structure, direction, and alignment across the area. You will lead through first-line managers within the function and support them in delivering on priorities. You will balance hands-on subject matter expertise with leadership to move the organization forward. Requirements Experience leading teams in a role that combines leadership with operational planning. Strong background in process development and continuous improvement of ways of working. Experience with budget responsibility and contributing policy recommendations. Ability to work with medium-term planning in a functional area. Experience managing through first-line managers. Strong ability to balance leadership responsibilities with subject matter expertise. Fluent English.
