Publishing Operations Coordinator (6-month Contract)
Qualifications: Strong project coordination or project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, deadlines, and changing priorities. Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail, particularly when managing assets, approvals, version control, and schedules. 3 - 4 years of experience working cross-functionally with teams such as creative, design, copywriting, localisation, legal, product, engineering, marketing, or external partners. Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly across a global team. Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of follow-ups, and proactively resolving ambiguity or operational blockers. Strong problem-solving skills, with a practical and process-oriented approach. Availability to collaborate across Hong Kong and US Pacific Time working hours when needed. Meeting times will be arranged collaboratively, but flexibility is essential. Preferred Qualifications: Experience coordinating localisation, trans-creation, international marketing, content operations, or global product launches. Experience working with a CMS, digital publishing platform, launcher/storefront CMS, or content deployment workflow. Experience using project-management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com , Google Workspace, Notion, or similar platforms. Familiarity with localisation asset types, including localised game titles, logos, store copy, screenshots, key art, trailers, and campaign materials. Experience in a startup, technology, gaming, entertainment, or fast-paced international business environment. Basic familiarity with Figma or other creative collaboration tools, or a willingness to learn. Interest in games, game publishing, entertainment IP, and international player communities. Experience with workflow automation tools, spreadsheets, dashboards, or operational reporting is a plus.
