Northmill was founded in 2006 and the main office is in Stockholm and Engineering Center site located in Poland. <br><br>Grab this opportunity to be a part of us and our journey!<br></p><p><strong>The scope of your role:</strong></p><p><span>As an QA Engineer you will be responsible for:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Improving processes across the team and company</span></p></li><li><p>Primarily performing manual software testing, with some involvement in automated testing</p></li><li><p><span>Finding issues and bugs even before they appear</span></p></li><li><p><span>Working with a cloud environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Closely cooperating with developers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Reviewing requirements with the product management team</span></p></li><li><p><span>Being a quality advocate and always ask “why?”</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Required qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Very good understanding of software development process</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in manual testing, with an interest in learning of the automation</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid know-how in manual testing across different levels, supplemented by test automation</span></p></li><li><p><span>Willingness and interest to collaborate and work in a team</span></p></li><li><p><span>You deeply care about your work and see it as more than just code you want to learn and improve every day</span><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>At least 3 years of professional experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong focus on manual testing, with some experience in test automation</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of TypeScript and Playwright</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with Jira, Xray, and Git</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in testing web services and REST APIs using tools such as Postman</span></p></li><li><p><span>Basic understanding of CI/CD processes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in non-functional testing</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Swedish proficiency at C1/C2 level</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>English proficiency at B2 level or higher</span><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong><br><strong>- </strong><span>Knowledge of C# and the .NET platform</span><br>- Basic knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)<br><br><strong>About you?</strong><br>You’re a creative and curious person with a genuine passion for testing in software development.
