This is a hands-on role where you will actively participate in testing while coordinating quality assurance activities across teams and disciplines.<br><br>You will take a holistic view of the development lifecycle, helping to introduce testing earlier in the process and identifying opportunities to strengthen quality throughout product development.</span></p><hr><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p></p><p><span>Test Planning<br><br>• Develop and maintain test plans for product releases and major integrations.<br>• Coordinate physical and software-based test environments.<br>• Plan and coordinate field testing activities.<br><br>Test Execution<br><br>• Create and organize comprehensive test cases.<br>• Perform functional testing.<br>• Conduct system testing.<br>• Coordinate performance testing initiatives.<br>• Lead and coordinate testing activities across projects.<br><br>Test Data and Environments<br><br>• Prepare and maintain test data.<br>• Verify and validate test environments.<br>• Ensure appropriate testing prerequisites are in place, including laboratory responsibilities.<br><br>Defect Management<br><br>• Analyze identified defects and issues.<br>• Track bugs and deviations through resolution.<br>• Validate fixes and corrective actions.<br><br>Quality Assurance<br><br>• Drive continuous improvements in product quality.<br>• Identify efficiencies within testing processes.<br>• Conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts.<br><br>Collaboration<br><br>• Work closely with software developers.<br>• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders.<br>• Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams when required.</span></p><hr><p><span><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></span></p><p></p><p><span>Required Qualifications<br><br>• Senior QA/Test Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience.<br>• Strong experience in functional testing.<br>• Experience with integration testing and system testing.<br>• Experience with defect management and test verification.<br>• Experience managing test data.<br>• Fluent Swedish and English language skills, both written and spoken.<br>• Swedish citizenship is required, as the position may involve assignment to a security-classified role. Employment is subject to successful security clearance.<br><br>Preferred Qualifications<br><br>• Experience with test automation.<br>• Experience testing hardware-based systems.<br>• Experience with integrated security solutions or security platforms.<br><br>Personal Attributes<br><br>• Highly structured and methodical, with strong attention to quality and detail.<br>• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working between QA and development teams.&lt
