Featured services include turnkey betting software (online, retail and omnichannel), real-time sports data APIs and data feeds.</p><p><strong>We are looking for a passionate and dedicated </strong><span><strong>QA Team Leader</strong></span><strong> to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia!</strong></p><p><strong>What you'll get to do:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Define, develop, and implement quality assurance best practices and procedures, including test plans and test cases and testing strategy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Utilize Playwright with JavaScript for automation testing, ensuring robust and efficient test scripts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform comprehensive testing such as Black Box, Grey Box, Exploratory, Smoke, Regression, and End-to-End testing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conduct root cause analysis on identified defects, providing sufficient details for replication and resolution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create/execute the test plan and present the test results. Identify high-quality bugs based on department standards and accurately execute regressions on existing bugs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate closely with developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve bugs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Share constructive feedback with team members and stakeholders to improve the product quality.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Accurately document and report issues with detailed steps to reproduce and observed behaviors.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead a team of 2 people.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>What You need to shine:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience: 5+ years of experience in software testing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Technical Skills:</span><br>- <span>Hands-on experience with Playwright and JavaScript.</span><br>- <span>Familiarity with issue tracking tools such as JIRA. Experience working with test management tools like TestRail.</span><br>- <span>Experience with java based testing frameworks such as TestNG, Spring.
