QC Lab Supervisor - Days

Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of QC analysts to drive performance and quality excellence. Ensure compliance with GMP, Data Integrity, HPRA/FDA, and internal quality requirements. Oversee laboratory testing activities and ensure adherence to testing schedules. Drive continuous improvement, Right First Time (RFT), and operational excellence initiatives. Lead analytical investigations, OOS/OOT events, root cause analysis, and CAPA activities. Support laboratory inspections, audits, product transfers, and project work. Maintain laboratory documentation, procedures, training records, and equipment compliance. Act as a subject matter expert for analytical testing and laboratory operations. Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry or a related scientific discipline. Minimum 4 years' analytical laboratory experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong hands-on expertise in analytical techniques including HPLC, GC, LCMS, GCMS, titration, and identification methods . Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and data integrity principles. Previous l eadership, supervisory, mentoring, or team coaching experience. Experience supporting product or method transfers is an advantage.
