Join us in a key role where you'll combine hands-on testing with broader responsibility for developing ways of working, processes and quality assurance across Tre.About the roleAs a Quality Assurance Specialist at Tre, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our business-critical systems and customer journeys. You will plan, execute, and follow up on both manual and automated testing of the solutions owned by the team, that includes areas such as credit check, payments, point-of-sale systems, and handset financing. Through a structured and proactive approach to quality assurance, you will help deliver stable systems, efficient processes and great experience for our users. The role also involves contributing to the further development of the team's test automation capabilities. Together with other QA Specialists within Finance & Payments you will set our future test automation ambition, solution and processes. You will identify and implement effective solutions, drive continuous improvement and actively share your knowledge, experience and tools with colleagues across the team. This role will, with focus on automation, drive our “next generation of testing” for the team. With your experience, you will contribute both operationally and strategically to strengthen the quality of our deliveries, improve the efficiency of our testing efforts and improve our overall delivery pace. I care deeply about creating an environment where the team feels supported and has the right conditions to succeed.” Who are you?To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you bring several years of experience in Quality Assurance and testing, along with a relevant university or college degree. You have built a solid foundation in the field and have hands-on experience working with testing and developing different testing methods, tools and approaches. As a Quality Assurance specialist you are structured, pay attention to details and appreciate documentation. You are experienced in using test automation tools such as Playwright, as well as workflow tools like Jira, and you work comfortably in agile teams and environments. We also believe you have experience from establishing automation test frameworks as well as maintenance thereof. You have strong English communication skills and Swedish is considered a plus. As we work in a team where we are highly dependent on one another to succeed, it is important that you enjoy close collaboration, share knowledge and actively contribute to driving work forward. You also share our belief that success is achieved together. In this role, you need strong motivation and the ability to drive your work forward without daily hands-on supervision.
