Quality Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Engineering Lead to drive quality assurance and quality control activities within a complex engineering environment. In this role, you will lead quality initiatives, coordinate cross-functional engineering activities, and ensure products and services meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in developing and implementing quality strategies, improving operational effectiveness, and supporting major engineering projects with significant business impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective quality assurance and quality control methods, procedures, and standards. Review, coordinate, and maintain quality specifications for projects, products, and operational frameworks. Monitor and evaluate quality programs, metrics, and improvement initiatives. Identify and implement measures to improve quality performance and customer satisfaction. Lead and coordinate complex engineering activities across one or more engineering disciplines. Provide technical guidance and consultation to management and stakeholders on advanced engineering and quality topics. Investigate and resolve complex quality and engineering challenges. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. Mentor and support engineers while leading quality-related activities and projects. Required Qualifications / skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field with 6+ years of relevant professional experience, including leadership or management responsibilities. Strong experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC). Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to lead complex engineering projects and coordinate cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Professional working proficiency in English. Preferred Experience Experience within manufacturing, industrial engineering, automation, electrical, mechanical, or related engineering industries. Knowledge of quality management systems, quality metrics, audits, and process improvement methodologies.
