Quantity Surveyor

Hanmi Global is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, measurement, and contract administration for building and infrastructure projects. The role ensures accurate budgeting, efficient cost management, and compliance with project and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents Conduct quantity take‑offs and verify contractor payments Monitor project costs and identify variations or claims Review contracts, specifications, and drawings Prepare cost reports and support commercial negotiations Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Experience in cost management for construction or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of measurement standards and contract procedures Proficiency in QS software and MS Office Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills PAHW (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) project experience preferred , but strong construction/engineering experience is essential. Mandatory Documents (must already be in Kuwait) Valid Kuwait Civil ID Transferable residency (Article 18 preferred) Passport copy Attested degree certificate (MOFA + Embassy) NOC if required for transfer Experience certificates
