Rating & Quoting Associate

SGA is seeking a Rating & Quoting Associate for a contract assignment with one of our premier insurance clients in Bethlehem, PA. This position supports the Group Underwriting organization by reviewing and preparing Requests for Proposal (RFPs), validating proposal data, and ensuring timely, accurate quote delivery. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment while providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Support the review and preparation of Group Underwriting Requests for Proposal (RFPs).Validate proposal information, including product and employee-level data, by communicating with internal and external stakeholders.Analyze data to identify discrepancies and make sound business decisions.Maintain established production, quality, and service level metrics.Navigate multiple systems and documentation to locate and verify pertinent information.Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting aggressive deadlines.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with business partners and customers.Demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing priorities and business needs.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.Perform additional duties as assigned. Preferred Skills Some college coursework or an Associate's Degree (AA/AS).Experience working in a fast-paced operations environment.Insurance, underwriting, or financial services experience.Experience reviewing and validating large data sets.Experience supporting proposal, quoting, or RFP processes.
