Recruiter

Qualifications: 2+ years of professional recruiting experience within the games industry and/or software development. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including candidate assessment, stakeholder management, onboarding, and international hiring for software engineering and other technical roles. Strong experience in talent operations, recruitment project management, compliance, and continuous process improvement. Desired Qualifications: Experience recruiting for or supporting roles within game development. Understanding of software development disciplines, roles, and talent profiles. Fluency in an additional language is a plus. For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.
