Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for someone who has:** - 2-3+ years of experience as a consultant or advisor within recruitment - Strong account management skills with the ability to nurture long-term client relationships, identify new opportunities, and act as a trusted partner to leadership teams. - Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to connect recruitment to broader business goals. - A proven track record of advising clients, running processes independently, and delivering exceptional outcomes. - The ability to connect naturally with people and represent Amby in the market, from client meetings to industry events and thought leadership arenas. - Full professional fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken). - The confidence to take up space, show initiative, and take responsibility.
