Recruitment Partner

The Recruitment Partner will be responsible for supporting the hiring process, from posting an open role to the final interview. This role will be responsible for creating a career posting, partnering with the hiring leader throughout the hiring process, marketing and advertising the role, sourcing candidates, supporting the final interview process, and supporting all recruitment projects and events as needed. The Recruitment Partner utilizes their skillset to deliver outcomes that align with the direction of their team to further Life.Church’s mission and to reach people for Christ.
