Qualifications:** **Required Qualifications:** Minimum of a university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or service engineering, or equivalent professional qualification Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role within a multinational company At least 4 years in a managerial or leadership position Proven ability to set targets and monitor performance against agreed objectives Strong product knowledge of industrial boiler systems and related technologies Demonstrated ability to manage multi-cultural workforces and diverse teams Excellent coaching and training skills with a track record of developing team members Proven experience in P&L management and budget control Strategic planning and business development experience within industrial or manufacturing sectors Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly with senior-level stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications:** Postgraduate degree or MBA qualification Proven track record in developing and implementing regional sales strategies Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools Knowledge of the industrial boiler market and competitive landscape Customer-centric approach with demonstrated success in relationship building and account management Experience in market analysis and competitor intelligence gathering Do you want beneficial technologies being shaped by your ideas?
