Regional Creative Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Creative Lead based in Switzerland. As Regional Creative Lead, you will shape the creative presence of a globally recognized entertainment brand across North America, EMEA, and LATAM. You’ll combine creative leadership with hands-on production, turning strategic insights into compelling integrated campaigns. Working closely with regional marketing leads, global brand and creative teams, and agency partners, you’ll establish a consistent creative standard while adapting work to local cultures and audiences. You’ll oversee concepts from initial insight through final execution and personally create graphics, video, social, and event assets when needed. The role offers significant visibility and influence, including opportunities to present creative direction to senior leadership. Success will mean building a cohesive regional identity that feels globally recognizable while remaining culturally relevant in every market.
