Research Executive - Energy & Industrials

Rud Pedersen is looking for a motivated trainee to join our growing Brussels public affairs consultancy for a 6-month paid internship. Our Brussels office opened in 2017 and has around 80 team members today. We are currently looking to strengthen our team with a Research Executive focused on supporting our work within the Energy & Industrials sectors. We offer the opportunity to work and grow in a fast-paced and energetic consultancy environment. Anyone joining will have the opportunity to develop within the Rud Pedersen team, working with our Brussels partners and the wider company. The position Responsibilities will include: •Following EU developments and undertaking initial research on policy issues on behalf of clients; •Supporting the team with legislative, regulatory and press monitoring; •Helping to organize and execute events; •Taking an active role in client teams, suggesting improvements for servicing of clients with regards to research; •Participating at external events relevant to day-to-day work and seeking to build relationships with external actors at an appropriate level; •Building competence at undertaking public affairs tasks on behalf of clients.
