Responsable Informatique (H/F/N)

Key Responsibilities IT Governance, Risk & Cybersecurity Ensure the availability, performance and security of IT infrastructure and business applications. Maintain and develop IT policies, standards and procedures in line with Group requirements. Lead IT risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery activities. Ensure regulatory compliance and represent IT during audits and reviews. Oversee cybersecurity practices through Security by Design and Zero Trust principles. Act as the escalation point for critical incidents and cybersecurity events. IT Operations & Project Management Lead local IT projects in alignment with global IT roadmaps. Contribute to international application and infrastructure deployments. Ensure efficient operation of modern digital workplace environments, including cloud and collaboration platforms. Coordinate central IT teams, SaaS providers and local vendors. Drive operational excellence through automation, self-service and continuous improvement initiatives. Strategy & Innovation Define and execute the local IT and digital strategy. Drive innovation through Artificial Intelligence, automation, advanced analytics and CRM enhancements. Build and manage a value-driven IT project portfolio. Promote experimentation through Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Business Partnering & Digital Enablement Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions. Advise stakeholders on emerging technologies, cybersecurity, compliance and digital opportunities. Support user adoption of digital tools and platforms. Develop and lead a network of digital ambassadors and key users. Leadership & Financial Management Lead and develop a future-ready IT team. Manage third-party service providers and technology partners. Oversee IT operational budgets of up to €1.5 million. Drive investment decisions based on business value, ROI and strategic priorities.   Votre profil Formation Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 en Informatique, Technologies de l’Information, Ingénierie Logicielle ou équivalent. Expérience Minimum 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans l’informatique ou un environnement industriel. Au moins 4 ans d’expérience significative dans des fonctions IT. Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets de transformation ou conduite du changement. Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en management d’équipe. Expérience au sein d’un environnement international et matriciel. Compétences clés Gestion de projets et conduite du changement. IT Service Management (ITSM). Infrastructures IT, Cloud et solutions SaaS. Cybersécurité et gestion des risques. Analyse de données et transformation digitale. Gestion budgétaire et pilotage de la valeur. Excellentes capacités de communication et de gestion des parties prenantes. Leadership, orientation résultats et sens du service. Experience Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT or an industrial environment. At least 4 years in significant IT management or specialist roles. Proven experience in digital transformation and change management projects. Minimum 3 years of people management experience. Experience working within an international and multicultural environment.
