Taco Bell is expanding across Scandinavia, and we’re looking for an ambitious Restaurant General Manager to take ownership of restaurant operations, develop people and build a high-performing team. Your responsibilities As Restaurant General Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation and overall performance of your restaurant. Lead and develop your team – coach your managers and team members, build accountability and create a positive, performance-driven culture. Drive business results – take ownership of sales, labour costs, food costs, profitability and guest satisfaction. Deliver operational excellence – maintain high standards of food safety, quality, cleanliness and service. Plan and manage staffing – build effective schedules, control labour costs and ensure the right coverage during every shift. Lead from the front – support your team during busy periods and ensure smooth, efficient restaurant operations. Develop future leaders – identify talent, deliver effective training and build a strong management team. Improve performance – use KPIs, follow-up and structured action plans to continuously improve results. What we’re looking for You are a hands-on, commercially minded leader who understands that successful restaurants are built on strong teams, consistent standards and disciplined execution. You have: At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably within restaurants, hospitality or another fast-paced service environment. Experience leading teams and managing operations in a high-volume environment. A strong understanding of sales, labour planning, food costs and operational KPIs. The ability to coach, motivate and hold people accountable. Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive mindset and the confidence to make decisions and take ownership. A genuine passion for developing people and delivering great guest experiences. Why join Taco Bell?
