The Role As Host / Hostess, you will be the first person our guests meet and the last impression they take with them. You will help create a smooth and welcoming arrival experience, manage reservations, support the flow of the restaurant and bring warmth to every guest interaction. What you'll be doing Welcoming guests warmly and creating a strong first impression. Managing reservations, guest arrivals and seating plans. Supporting the team with smooth table flow during service. Communicating clearly with managers, waiters and the kitchen when needed. Handling guest questions with confidence, care and professionalism. Keeping the entrance and host area organised, presentable and ready for service. You'll thrive in this role if you Warm, positive and confident when speaking with guests. Organised and calm in a busy restaurant environment. A strong communicator who enjoys working with a team - Swedish speaker is a plus. Professional, reliable and well-presented. Able to multitask and keep an eye on the details.
