Retail Digital Coordinator | Mon-Fri | 38 Hours | Brisbane, QLD

Coordinate day-to-day activity across digital retail channels, ensuring content, pricing, product information and promotional messaging remain accurate and customer-focused. Support digital trading activities across online ordering platforms, digital menu boards, vending and unattended retail solutions. Maintain digital product catalogues, content libraries and campaign calendars to ensure consistent national execution. Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches and digital merchandising activities across multiple retail platforms. Track and report on key digital retail KPIs including sales performance, customer engagement, campaign effectiveness and product performance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support digital retail projects, platform enhancements and technology rollouts. Maintain accurate product data, imagery, pricing and digital content across approved retail systems. Identify opportunities to improve digital customer experiences, campaign performance and operational efficiency. To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 3 years' experience in retail digital coordination, eCommerce, digital marketing, online merchandising, retail operations or a similar commercial environment. Experience coordinating digital content, promotional campaigns, product data and platform updates. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, campaign and customer data to identify trends and opportunities. Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience using eCommerce platforms, CMS systems, POS platforms, Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple teams. A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
