Retail & E-Commerce | Data Analyst

Promote a data-driven culture and support data-based decision-making across the business. Partner with business teams to understand needs, identify opportunities and deliver analytical solutions. Translate business requirements into effective data and analytics solutions . Collaborate with Data Integration teams to prepare and optimize datasets for dashboards and analytical models. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational decisions. Monitor KPIs, solution adoption and business impact, communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Research best practices and share knowledge with Data and Business Analysts. Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, cleaning and modelling. Solid experience with Power BI , including DAX and Power Query . Experience with data modelling and dashboard development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business needs into actionable insights. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
