We are looking for people with… ​   You bring solid experience within Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or a similar specialist area. You are highly structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple reward processes, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously. You are a trusted advisor who confidently challenges, influences and supports senior leaders in reward-related decisions. You have strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. You are an excellent communicator and collaborator who builds strong partnerships across People, Finance and the business.
