Safety Inspector

Hanmiglobal is seeking an experienced Safety Inspector to support major construction and infrastructure projects across Kuwait. The role focuses on monitoring site activities, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring full compliance with project requirements, Kuwait regulations, and PAHW guidelines. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE plans, Kuwait safety regulations, and PAHW standards. Identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non‑compliance issues; recommend corrective actions. Monitor contractor safety performance and verify implementation of safety procedures. Review and validate safety documentation, method statements, and risk assessments. Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and incident investigations. Prepare inspection reports, safety logs, and compliance documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field (attested). 5–10+ years of experience in HSE roles within construction or engineering projects. PAHW (Public Authority for Housing Welfare) project experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Kuwait HSE regulations, codes, and construction safety standards. Proven experience in large‑scale building or infrastructure projects. Strong reporting, communication, and site‑coordination skills. Valid KSE Membership (required for engineering‑related safety roles).
