Sales Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and service-minded Sales Assistant to join Comatec in Romania.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>In this role, you will support our sales activities, help identify customer needs and contribute to a smooth, professional customer experience. You will work closely with customers, colleagues and specialists, and you will have the opportunity to grow your expertise in sales, customer relations and industrial services.</span></p><p><span><strong>Your role</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>As a Sales Assistant, your work will combine customer communication, sales support and coordination. You will contact potential customers, arrange meetings and participate in customer discussions. You will also help identify customer needs, collect relevant information for the sales organisation and support the proposal process.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You will maintain and update customer data in our CRM, support lead generation and qualification, and help match customer needs with suitable expertise and available specialists. This is a versatile role for someone who enjoys both structured sales support tasks and active communication with customers.</span></p><p><span><strong>What we expect from you</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>We hope you have experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales or a similar customer-facing role.
