Sales Coordinator – Freight

We want you in our team!   What would your day at GAC look like?   ·         Respond to customer calls that require information on GAC services, such as pricing and product information ·         Prepare and send quotes promptly for all customer and partner inquiries, such as rate inquiries and RFOs ·         Maintain up-to-date cost and rate files and electronic files of quotation made ·         Enter correct customer booking information on GAC Sales and maintain record (MS Excel) of all inquiries ·         Maintain and update quality service manuals for the department ·         Maintain electronic information database ‘GAC Sales’ for prospects and current customers within territory ·         Promote self-development and enhance market and competitor knowledge
