Sales Manager Food Ingredients
Build the business. Open new markets. Turn opportunities into sales. Are you a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building customer relationships and turning ideas into business? Livoo is growing, and we are now looking for a Sales Manager Food Ingredients to take a key role in accelerating the commercial growth of our Ingredients business – in Sweden and internationally. About Livoo What is Livoo all about? Livoo is an innovative food technology and ingredients company focused on creating new value from existing food resources. We combine technology, sustainability and circularity to transform food industry side streams into high-quality, functional ingredients with real commercial value. Our ingredient portfolio includes OATup® , a circular oat-based ingredient with a strong nutritional and functional profile and applications across several food categories. We are now entering an exciting phase of commercial growth – and we are looking for someone who wants to help build that journey with us. About the Role What will you actually be doing? The answer is simple: You will create sales. This is a hands-on commercial role with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and business development . You will identify potential customers, open new conversations, create sales opportunities and develop those opportunities into recurring commercial business. You will own the sales process from beginning to end: Prospecting → First Contact → Customer Dialogue → Samples → Trials → Pricing → Negotiation → Closing → Recurring Orders You will work closely with Livoo's management, technical and production teams, but you will have clear ownership of your customers, your sales pipeline and your commercial results. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to make a visible impact in a growing company – rather than simply manage an existing customer portfolio. What will you be responsible for? Winning New Customers Identify, approach and acquire new customers within the food and ingredients industry. Building the Pipeline Create and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in Sweden and across international markets. Driving the Sales Process Take ownership of opportunities from the initial conversation through product presentations, samples, customer trials, commercial negotiations and closing. Building Customer Relationships Develop strong, long-term relationships with food manufacturers and other relevant customers. Growing Existing Accounts Identify opportunities to increase volumes, introduce additional products and develop new applications together with existing customers. Expanding Markets Explore new customers, applications, market segments and geographical opportunities for Livoo's ingredient portfolio. Working Across the Business Collaborate closely with technical and production teams to support customer trials and turn successful evaluations into commercial orders. Delivering Growth Take responsibility for agreed sales targets and contribute directly to the growth of Livoo's Ingredients business. Who are we looking for? Do you recognise yourself? You are commercially driven and genuinely enjoy selling. You are comfortable picking up the phone, approaching new customers, opening doors and creating opportunities where none existed before. You understand that successful B2B sales are often built over time. You have the persistence to follow up, manage longer sales cycles and keep opportunities moving forward. Most importantly, you know how to turn customer interest into customer commitment – and ultimately into orders. You are curious about food, ingredients and new applications, but your strongest motivation is building relationships and generating business . You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where there is room to think, act and make things happen. And you like the idea that your own efforts can have a direct and measurable impact on the company's growth. What experience do you bring? Sales Experience Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably within food ingredients, food manufacturing, nutrition, food technology or a related industry. Commercial Drive A proven ability and strong willingness to identify prospects, approach new customers and develop new business. Industry Knowledge Experience within food ingredients, functional ingredients, plant-based foods, nutrition or food technology is highly valuable. Technical Understanding A good understanding of food products and production processes is an advantage. It will help you engage effectively with purchasing, R&D and product development teams. Network An existing network within the food and ingredients industry is an advantage, but not a requirement . Languages Fluency in English is required. Swedish and additional European languages are advantageous. Driving Licence A category B driving licence is required. Why join Livoo? An opportunity to build, not just maintain You will join a growing international food ingredients business at an exciting stage of its development. In your role you will have significant freedom to identify customers, develop markets and shape commercial opportunities. International Exposure Work with food manufacturers, product developers and industry partners across Sweden and European markets. Innovation with Purpose Represent innovative ingredients that create greater value from existing food resources and contribute to a more circular food industry. Real Responsibility You will have genuine ownership of your customers, pipeline and commercial results. Your contribution will be visible – and your success will make a direct difference to Livoo's growth.
