This position reports to the Sales Director UK and will work in Dometic Blandford office. About the position As a Sales Support Administrator in the sales team, your role is a key role within the team. You will work closely with the Sales Managers to ensure our customers receive an outstanding level of service, which focuses on relationship building and excellent communication in order to achieve and potentially exceed monthly / quarterly / yearly targets. Your main responsibilities Answer enquiries both internally and externally: deal with enquiries, manage all day-to-day sales matters through our internal ticketing system, FreshdeskTaking ownership of customer needs; create and manage deadlines for enquiries where appropriateProvide direct support for Sales Team as requiredDevelop relationships with all distributors and dealers through regular communication, both written and on the phoneChecking and VerificationProvide pricing and lead times where requestedProcess incoming sales orders through AxaptaCommunicate with customers – telephone, Teams and emailDay to day sales administrationAnswering the telephone quickly and efficiently and making outgoing, proactive calls where necessaryGeneral office dutiesHelp with improvement projects as necessaryUndertake other tasks as may be required from time to time by the Directors of Dometic What do we offer?
